Lead Time: Lead times as short as two weeks.

Unit Dimensional Ranges (Min/Max): Minimum finished pouch size is 2 inches x 2.75 inch, and a maximum of 5.5 inch x 7.75 inches. Minimum towel size before folding is 6 inches x 6 inch, and a maximum of 12 inch x 12 inches. Liquid fill has no minimum and a maximum of 10 ounces or 300cc.

Art File Formats: Share your graphics and data with us by submitting your Mac Illustrator files for the graphic art on the pouches, and PDF files for general previews.

Materials Commonly Processed: We provide a wide range of packaging and delivery options for your product: Creams, lotions, liquids, pastes, free flowing granules or powders, packaged in pouches or pouches with towelettes.

Secondary Pack-out Services: For most applications the project is not complete after packaging the pouch. We provide all the secondary services your company requires to complete the job. Pouches can be packed in various chipboard cartons, displays, blister packs, plastic sleeves etc., or glued to secondary packaging cards or other products. We also offer labeling, jet coding, and pack-out with customized UPC coding, into whatever final form is required.
